For sale is a used Pfeiffer Balzers TPU 520M turbomolecular vacuum pump with a Pfeiffer TCM 520 controller. The turbo pump spins freely, has an 8 cf flange, but needs a rebuild and has a damaged electrical connector. The purge valve is missing parts as well. The cooling fan is included. The controller needs parts replaced that are missing and a bent connector repaired. No TCP-121 controller is included. Lots of work to repair the controller. Probably best just used for parts. What you see is what you get. The equipment we have for sale is excess to our needs.
