Extrel Vacuum Pump Main Control Unit. This is a used controller. It was being used in a lab set up with a Leybold Hereaus 360CSV Turbomolecular pump. It does not have a model number on it. It is in good cosmetic condition. We are not able to test it. At some point the connector marked, “Interface Heater 1602″ has been modified or repaired as can be seen in the last two pictures. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
