Edwards EXDC80 24V Turbo Molecular Pump Controller. The Edwards EXDC80 Turbo Pump Controller generates the control signals necessary to operate an EXT pump and its accessories. The EXDC has no manual controls and can only be operated through the logic interface. To operate the EXT pump, you must therefore connect the EXDC to your own control equipment and electrical supply.
