Here are some Shimadzu turbo vacuum pumps. These were used on a Leybold Optics PVD chamber for PV panel manufacturing. They were owned by two US companies that never actually ended up producing panels and were used only in R&D / testing. They have been in storage most of their life. Each set includes a TMP-1503LM pump with a EI-D1303M controller, 10 meter pump power and magnetic bearing cables and controller I/O cable. We have 6 total pumps available. These two are being marketed separately as they were mounted close to the CVD cathode targets. This appears to have put some bronze like discoloration on the top rotor fins as shown.
